Little Molly McNally’s courageous battle against cancer has won another big supporter in a Skerries Harps ace that recently raised cash for the charity set up in Molly’s name.

The Fingal community continues to support the McNally family whose young daughter is fighting a rare form of childhood cancer and a Skerries Harps All-Star is the latest to help. Molly McNally, aged six, has been capturing the hearts of people all over the county with her fight against Stage Four Neuroblastoma.

The little girl’s courage in the face of her illness has inspired countless fundraising efforts across Fingal and beyond and Molly has become a particular favourite of Dublin GAA. That bond was strengthened recently when Skerries Harps ladies’ All-Star, Lyndsey Davey raised funds for the Molly McNally Miracle Trust by participating in the Skerries Harps ‘Kube’ fundraising night.

The night saw Lyndsey and her fellow contestants pit their wits and their skills in a series of challenges modelled on a television game show of a similar name. As a result of Lyndsey’s efforts on the night, €1.100 was raised for the Balbriggan charity set up in Molly’s name. Recently, Lyndsey and Skerries Harps were delighted to be able to present the cheque to Molly and her dad, Gerry and sister, Jill.
